email notification not working

email notification not working

My email notification doesn't seem to work. My account settings have a valid email address, and I am checking the 'Notify me when a reply is posted' box.

Hello,

This is a known issue and is caused by our webserver having a very tight email protocol. We have looked into fixing this before and have made progress but some specific email addresses may still have problems. I will have another look into this today and see if I can get it resolved once and for all.
