Flowcode ds24

I am using Flowcode ds24 latest 4.4 release and I want to use the CAN component and take advatage of the built in CAN controller built in to the 30F6012A chip. But the CAN component does not have the "Use internal CAN" as in Flowcode 4.5. Is there a fix for this until Flowcode ds24 V 4.5 arrives?

Hello,

Select the CAN component on the panel and then select the custom code menu item.

Select the defines code section and click edit.

Find this line in the code.

#define INTERNAL_CAN_ENABLE %n

and change it to this

#define INTERNAL_CAN_ENABLE 1

The code should now compile for the internal CAN on the dsPIC30F device.

Please also note that internal CAN feature is only currently supported for dsPIC30F devices.
