This is the configuration of my real project. Does anyone see any problems with the Port / Board choices?
BTW - After receiving the 4580, I changed the program that I had so much trouble downloading to the 2580, to use the 4580. It downloaded the first time, and every time since then. When I get back from school tonight I intend on starting on the above project.

I have tested the 18F2580 device now and can confirm it it programming here without any problems. Can you confirm which version of PPP you are using?
