Reload FC4 after hard disk crash

Hi,
Recently I had a bad PC failure and hard dish crash. All my files and programs are lost. I purchased a new PC (with window 7 32/64 bits OS). I need advise how to reload my FCv4 pro in my new PC. What sort of step I have to do to re activated my FCv4 pro again, your kind advise & help is very much appreciate.

You should be able to load Flowcode back in to your PC using the CD and the code on the label inside it, then apply the activation code we sent you when you first activated the software.

If you cannot find either of these codes, please PM my colleague, DavidA, with your details (email address, username, partial key, etc) so we can find the record of your activation in our database.
