10 way switch bank

Post by rrowley »

Hi
I'm a new Flowcode 5 user and think the program is excellent. The videos and tutorials are really good :D
However I've hit a brick wall with this flowchart.I need to program 10 switches to LEDs where the most recent button push cancels the previous one.I managed to find an example on this and have adapted it so the first 8 switches and last two switches work as they should but I can't get the switches on different ports to cancel each other.
I've attached my flowcode and would be grateful for any ideas
Thanks
Rich

Hi Martin
It works perfectly. Thanks for that :) Now I can see how you've used the masking it makes sense now.
Cheers

Your welcome Rich,
Yes I used the masking, just in case you have something else that will use port D.
The Flowchart I posted will work without the masking, just the two extra outputs was required to switch the bits off when not required.
I guess I was just future proofing for you. :)
