RS232 Demo Replication

Hi,

I am trying to replicate Ben Rowlands RS232 & VNET Demo here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vzwgYKdBBI

However when I run the receiver part No LEDS light up, and it says cannot connect to VNET, could somebody download and test for me please...

Hi,

I have now worked out that you have got to start the VNET.exe app from the Flowcode folder to use the VNET however it will not transfer data for some reason.

Hi,

Assuming that you are correct on the Vnet setup,
I have a Simple program that fully worked and Simulated by the Vnet server on my computer.

try them and let me know then.

Thanks for the charts, I have been receiving help from Dazz by PM and thanks to him I got it going late last night, the final piece of the jigsaw was drawing a line between the 2 units in the drawing and saving, I was trying to follow a demo on youtube but it dosen't show you all the behind the scenes part, I can't follow the Matrix videos because they are in about 360 low res and my eyes are sort of not too good, this is why I look for Hi res video tutorials but there are not that many about, your input was much appreciated though...

This is a Thank You to Dazz for helping me understand the VNET module, as his help was given through private messaging I cannot give thanks, but your help
