Can't get flowcode to accept license

I have tried
"First Last
xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxx"
with and without dashes or even spaces
just the code
tried under CD code and the other padlock
what is the secret?

Did you include the "Name = " and "Code = " parts?

For the sole purpose of registering here's a step by step what I do:
Run Flowocde in administrator mode (that many not be necessary but do it out of habit)
Select Hep, Activate.
Click upper padlock to unlock CD code section.
Copy from email the CD code (Less errors that way) and paste in the CD Code: box all the code including dashes e.g

ABCDEF-123456-ABCDEF-123456-123456-123456

Should be 6 lots of 6 chars.
Click OK.
Unlock the lower padlock.
In the Activation Code: Box including dashes. For my copy of flowcode will as follows:

Martin XXXXXXX
123456-ABCDEF-123456-123456-123456-123456-ABCDEF

Then Click OK
The code that has to entered below your name has to have 7 lots of 6 chars

iF the above does not work, then it it may be best to PM DavidA.
you may have to wait until normal working hours before getting a reply
