Flowcode Patch error

Flowcode Patch error
I tried the patches Flowcode 6.02 and just today 6.03. Both of them gave a "decoding error=1" message and it doesn't continue. Any idea how I can update my V6?

Hello. We have not seen this before.
Can you give us details of your system and perhaps PM Dave who can walk you through some tests to discount?
