GLCD SSD1306 in I2C mode not working

GLCD SSD1306 in I2C mode not working:
The program initialies only the display. At the end of compiling to a hex-file occurs an error.
It says, that there is to smal ram. Compiling with an bigger cpu is running without an error.
There comes a info, that for the oled display are about 1,3k rams is needed.
The component "glcd 1306" have no index,that it`s buffered. In spi mode, the compilation is running through
without errors. Can somebody explain this situation?
If the component have bugs, I can test it.

There are 2 other boxes, I´ve marked in red................................
