ILI9341 SPI 320x240 LCD display

Hi Everyone

I have this display working using the hardware SPI port. It is working using the older V1.02 displays using the updated Init commands, so should work ok with those touch screen types as well, although as yet not tested with these types of displays.

Here is the project that created the new component - ILI9341_SPI
