FC7 crash and not program

Hi
I have a big problem with flowcode7. Last month i realized a new program and I programming my card arduino mega and work perfectly.In this moment I open the same project and when I try programming card with flowcode7 this crashing, don't programming and automatically close flowcode
this same problem I have in other computer.All computer have a windows10
do you have an idea?
is it possible that it happened after a windows 10 upgrade?

Hi,
What do you mean by "Crash"?
Do you get any error messages?
It could be Windows 10 anti-virus, see this post ...

Yes Ihave installed antivirus in my pc but the problem also exist when antivirus in desable mode

I installed the fc7 in other pc with different antivirus and the problem is same.

when I realized my program, flowcode work in simulation, compile and generate "hex" file., but when I "Press OK to continue" for insert program in my arduino mega card,after 5 second appear the windows message. (show the pdf file)

Hi,
Is the Arduino USB to virtual com port installed OK?
When you connect the Arduino board, Windows should allocate a COM port for it,
and should be visible in "Devices and Printers" settings.
This COM port (e.g. COM10) has to be entered on the Build->Project options screen of Flowcode

I tried running Windows in safe mode, but not program.
I tried replace "avrc_arduinoA.bat" in C:\Program Files (x86)\Flowcode 7\compilers, but not program
when I conect the arduino card show a driver (look pdf attacted). The same problem are with mega and nano arduino card.
I try reinstalling flowcode7? is it possible? , first remove old fc7 in my pc?
how many installations can I do without problems?

thankyou for your support.
I removed FC7 from my pc and reinstall version 7.3.0.5 and it work perfectly. Is this latest vrsion or exist a other version?
I don't understand because two different computer present same defect in same moment. This is principal computer I use every day but flowcode7 was 20 day not used. the other pc I use sometime but in the same moment present same defect have you an idea?
