Requested Operation Requires Elevation

I am receiving the following message during the launch of the PDFUSB programmer. I went into the directories and files to ensure I have full access within the securities setting for them. I am also an administrator for the computer. I appreciate anyones help in how to make this work.

C:\Program Files\Flowcode 6\tools\PDFSUSB\PDFSUSB.exe -chip 24HJ128GP502 -config "D:\Projects\CHEMIC~1\FLOWCO~1\LED Blink on PIC32MX250F128B.hex"
ERROR: Can not launch process: The requested operation requires elevation.

Hi Gary,
I have never used that programmer, so just speaking from experience of windows.
Have you tried locating

PDFSUSB.exe

select then right click.
Select properties, then the Compatibility tab.
Enable Run this program as an administrator.
