Vdrive problems creating file

Afternoon All

Having a problem trying to create a file with my v drive on an ECIO 40P if someone can point me in the right direction

not sure if my vdrive or if C6 tx is working the LED not lit on my vdrive, flashes red / green on first power for about 1 - 2 seconds
if I put the led board in series led 6 lit permanently, ( it could be flashing that fast I cannot tell the difference )

v drive connected as follows

red - 5 volts dc
black - 0 v volts
orange - C6
green - 0 volts

when I put my usb stick into my pc I have to format it as it's unreadable after running the test program so it must be writing something ?

I have tried creating .txt & .csv files

I believe so yes, I was looking at that when I was trying to make up my chart.
Then again I could have gone wrong somewhere
