Eblocks mobile phone module

Hi there,

I'm reading a book about Flowcode, "Microcontroller Systems Engineering" by Bert van Dam.
In this book, a mobile phone module (EB-182 or EB-186) is mentioned.
However, I can't find any information on these.
Is this supplied by Matrix (or Elektor for the Netherlands)?
Please let me know some more details / datasheet.
