Hi
Ive just received my ECIO chip and dev board, done a quick check and all seems to work.Look forward to trying some more complex programs on it soon.
You told me in an earlier post I could take power from my HP488 by linking the power sockets, however, I notice the ECIO board has the same coax power socket and bridge like the 488.
I assume I can run it using the Matrix supplied 13V power supply I use on the HP488, as it does'nt really make this clear on the web info.
Thanks
ECIO Dev Board

Re: ECIO Dev Board
Hello
Yes you can plug your ECIO board in via the power supply you have by moving the jumper on the ECIO to the EXT position. If you wish to power via the USB supply then you can move the jumper to the USB position.
