I am trying to use a RFID board together with a ECIO40 module but I am having some problems.
It seams as if the serial communication between tyhe modules is the problem.
I have tried the RFID board with a 16F877A running with a 19.6608 crystal and my code works on that setup.
But using the same code with the ECIO40 I can't get a stus of 134 when the RFID is red for instance. All i get is ether 0 or 255.
Is there a problem that the ECIO40 is running at a different clock speed?
Is there a fix for this?

Re: RFID Board & ECIO40
Hello
If you look in the RFID component connections then you will see that the CTS line is defaulted to C4 which is already used by the USB connection on the ECIO modules.
If you change this to C0 in Flowcode, then move the CTS jumper to position 1 and then recompile to the ECIO then the board should work correctly.
Let me know how you get on.
