Hi,
could someone please verify that the correct pin to use lvp is rb5?
I have had problems accessing this chip on the eb006, and when i finally did, I couldnt get the lcd to work on
port c.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes - RB5. Note that on this chip, there is one pin in port C that is unavailable (RC3) and 2 pins that have USB funcionality and may need to be manually configured as i/o in your program (RC4 and 5).

Thanks for the info, I wanted to be sure, as looking at the datasheets it mentions several pins which i suppose
could be mis-identified as the program pin.
