I have a EB 006 -7 multiple programs. I understand that Jumper J11 + 16 + 17 is somewhat low voltage programming and Port Options. I've looked in the data sheet but can not really find any logig. Can anyone tell me what the jumpers exactly does.
thank you in advance.

Hello,
The LVP jumper allows the specific LVP pin to be used for Low Voltage Programming.
Basically low voltage programming on a PIC is a bit of a nasty ordeal. First of all you need to program the device as normal with the LVP configuration setting enabled.
Once you have done this you can change the J11,J16,J17 jumper to hard wire the LVP pin RB3 - RB5 depending on your device. Once you have done this you can move the PSU / USB jumper to the USB position and use the USB supply to reprogram the device.
In my opinion its best to simply use a PSU and disable the LVP configuration setting to allow you to keep the use of the LVP pin as I/O. It is normally right in the middle of PortB so loosing it can be quite a sacrifice.
