Cant access help file in new version of flowcode 4

Cant access help file in new version of flowcode 4

Hi

I cant access help file when I clik on index in help menu windows comes and says failed to launch help.
wondering if you could help resolve this for me. I am using windows 7 64 bit ultimate.
