I have made some changes to the example file coming with version 4:
4. Four digit counter using timer interrupt.FCF
The changes is:
I've added 4 X Led7Seg() and wired them up as common cathode and connected them.
Then I saved the filed and tested the function - works fine "on screen" in Flowcode.
I then configured to 16F628A and no WatchDog and compiled to ASM.
Loaded the ASM-file into MPLAB and simulated a run - BUT teh simulation just quit because the program counter was outside valid address.
That's the problem 1) - why ?
Problem 2) is that now I can't open my FCF file - Access denied - why ?
(Another test program of mine can't see no locks on the FCF-file)
The FCF-file is attached

Re: Access denied to a FCF file ????
This file seems to have some data missing from it. Is this another file you have been using with the demo version whilst trying to circumvent the demo version restrictions?
Re: Access denied to a FCF file ????
No - I un-installed the demo version - deleted ALL in regestry - rebooted and installed the new version.
And started to change the project.
And started to change the project.

Re: Access denied to a FCF file ????
I've tried to find the problem with this file without success, so I'm afraid you'll need to start again.
Your case does seem to be unique - no-one has reported any similar problems before. If you can provide a specific set of steps for us to replicate this problem here, we will try it out. But if we cannot replicate the problem, then I doubt we will be able to solve it for you.

OK - I'll try to convert the original fcf-file again.
