several problems with PIC18F25J50

I have a PIC18F25J50 controller. I have several problems

1. I can configuration the ocillator only intern, although I configuration the ocillator as extern. (see attachment)
What I am doing wrong.

2. I would like to adjust
#pragma config WDTEN = OFF
#pragma config PLLDIV = 3
#pragma config STVREN = ON
as C-Code integrate in Flowcode4. How can I do this

3. I have designed a small USB programm. If I build this I get the error message
249: #include "USB/pic_utils.h"
^ (141) die include Datei "USB/pic_utils.h" kann nicht geöffnet werden: No such file or directory
HI-TECH C PRO for the PIC18 MCU Family (Lite) V9.63PL3

Hello,

Please can you try this version of PPP. Simply overwrite the files in your "Flowcode v4\Tools\PPP" directory and then startup Flowcode.

Hopefully this will allow you to setup the oscillator correctly.

Hello Ben,

I copy the files from ppp.zip to ...\\Flowcode V4\Tools\PPP and start the programm.

1. The oscillator do not works correctly. The oscillator oscillate with 1 MHz rectangel
2. I analyzed the C Code and I couldn't see settings for the Oszillstor
3. I later supplemented the program as follows
__CONFIG(1,PLLDIV_3 & CPUDIV_OSC1);
__CONFIG(2,OSC_HSPLL);
4. Now oscillate the oscillator with 12 MHz sinus.
