Hi all,
I´ve sone trouble to get the RFID examples running on a 18F4455( in this ex.2)
I use the following configuration:
status byte on Port D
LCD on Port A
RFID on Port C with Jumper C and 2 set, Protocol Mifare 1K/4K
EB006 with 18F4455, XTAL/Fast external PSU (I think 20MHz Crystal)
Ihe card is detected, but there is no change on the Status Port nor on the LCD.
My chip config see attachment

Hello,
Have you done a 1 second flasher test to ensure your clock speed and configuration settings are ok? My guess is that the clock speed in the project options window is not set to 48000000?

Hello,
Great glad you got it working, thanks for letting us know.
Yes this is possible, Create a blank file and add your configuration and project options settings. Save the file with a informative title eg 18F4455_template and then when you need to create a new project simply open the file and then re-save as your new project name.
