Bug version 4 to version 5

Post by cubitus54 »

Hello,

I developed a program with temperature sensors (DS18B20) with version 4 of Flowcode. It works very well.
I loaded the same program with version 5 of Flowcode. The temperatures indicated by the different sensors are the same ...

Is my program or Flowcode :?:

thank you

Hello,

Please could you attach the C files for your v4 and v5 projects and we can them compare the two files and see if there are any issues there.

Hello,

I have had a good compare of the C files and they both look correct to me. The only differences seem to be very minor changes to the way the I/O is working.

In v4 we were setting and clearing the data direction and port registers directly.

In v5 we have functions to do this for us. I suppose the timing may be being effected very slightly?

I see your running the device at 8MHz. Is this using the internal oscillator or using a crystal. If your using a crystal then maybe try upping the frequency and seeing if this helps.

Hi Ben, looking at the configuration settings. internal osc is used.

Hello,

I tried a ocillator at 16MHz
It's the same thing ... :?
I think the problem is at this level
----------------------------------------
oo_read_device(capteur)
Get_Temp=DS1820_get_temp()
----------------------------------------

I still have not advanced.
I tried with a 29MHz clock.
Still the same problem.
thank you

Hello,

Is there a solution for run multiple sensors with Flowcode V5?
Is there a C code that could replace the function?

Thank you.
