The Modified Julian Date to convert
- LONG	Millisecs
The number of milliseconds into the MJD to convert
- LONG	EpochMJD
The modified Julian Date which would return zero seconds
- ULONG	EpochMS
The number of milliseconds wich would return zero seconds
