No its not in the windows list, where can i get the driver from?, checked the support area but cant find it

Hi Guys,
Just purchased FC9, an upgrade from FC7. I have run a few simple progs for my chips and all works well, UNTIL i try to program any of my ECIO40's, the programmer starts up, i get the comment box asking for me to press the reset button, the PC sees the activation by the old ding dong sound ...
