Flowcode v11 Quick access to commonly used functions

Post by medelec35 »

Important.
Before adding to the Quick Access Toolbar, make sure all other Flowcode projects are closed.

What I do with every version of Flowcode is use the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) to access all the commonly used functions at the top of flowcode.

and not need to keep selecting different ribbons to access different types of commands.
This will help to reduce time and you will use less clicks
The QAT starts off with only a few icons, you will need to add your own, which is easy to do.
1. Click on the down arrow and bar icon highlighted with the green square.
2. Select More Commands.
All commands will appear on the toolbar will be seen within the right window.
3. Change Popular Commands to either All commands or jut select one section at a time e.g. View.
The commands will be placed the next row down to the highlighted command, which can be moved up & down using the up & down arrows or by selecting, or up & down arrows on your keyboard.
4. When the highlighted row is on the correct position, select the command you wish to place on the QAT
then select Add>>.
5. Repeat for all your commonly used commands.
If you make a mistake you can use the <<Remove button.

There is also an option to customise keyboard shortcuts as well.
6. When finished, click OK

I hope this helps you out.
