Slider component

A linear slider widget used with the Graphical Manager on the GLCD Layout Editor panel.

	GetSliderValue
Reads the value of one of the sliders ranging between 0-1 or Custom range Min-Max.

Changes the theme index of the selected Object or Widget.
- BYTE	Index
0=Thumb, 1=Background, 2=Low Line, 3=High Line

Sets the value of one of the sliders and optionally redraws the slider to reflect the value change.

Range: 0 to 1 - Or Custom Range Min to Max
- BOOL	RedrawSlider
0=Do not redraw, 1=Redraw
