	SetScale
Sets the multipliers for the width and height of the label
- HANDLE	TextLabel
The handle to the label to alter
- FLOAT	WidthMul
The multiplier to scale the text by in X
- FLOAT	HeightMul
The multiplier to scale the text by in Y
- NONE	Return
