GetPos
Gets the position the label is located at 
- HANDLE TextLabel
The handle to the label to read 
- BOOL Track
True to get a handle to the original position, false to make a copy 
- BOOL ApplyOffset
True to apply the adjustment offset to the position 
- HANDLE Return
