SetPointLight
Enables or disables simple lighting for point mode, providing a normal passing through the point and (0,0,0) 
- HANDLE PCloud
The handle to the cloud to adjust the graphics of 
- BOOL Enable
True to enable simple lighting on the cloud, false to disable it 
- NONE Return
