I downloaded Visual Studio, Python, cmake, Git hub, etc and still can not get the Pico to communicate with Flowcode. I do push the Bootsel button on power up as well. This is what it kicks back: C:\Users\amdnr\Documents>REM DIR: FCD\PICO\batch\pico_build.bat Building Flowcode3 ... The system cannot ...

Hi. I'm following the example described in the Flowcode Getting started guide (blinking an led on and off with a 1 second delay) but I get this error message:
C:\ProgramData\MatrixTSL\FlowcodeV9\FCD\AVR\batchfiles\avrc_arduinoB.bat reported error code 0x3
Any ideas? I'm new to this
