FYI, I asked a colleague to try your app on win11 with one monitor and it shows the same as I am seeing - i.e. the "left" and "right" panels are correctly repositioned onto the display. So I think perhaps the problem may be peculiar to your PC.

Here's what that app looks like when I open it on my PC with 1 monitor. With 2 monitors, one panel is on the left and the others are on the right.

This may be a bug. Panels that are off-screen should automatically reposition themselves so they are on-screen. I will look into it. I have looked into this and it seems to be working ok. If a deployed app is launched and a window would open off-screen, it is automatically moved so it is on-screen....
