Arduino UNO SPI set up

Hi,
I am trying to set up an Arduino UNO R3 smd board to read a pot and output that value to a DAC. I am using a Micro shield board with a DAC 2 click in the position 1 slot. The circuit does not work at all and I don't seem to have a clock or cs pulse. When I simulate the circuit it seems to work fine. I have attached some screen shots and the code for reference. Any assistance would be appreciated.
