Still waiting for answer (my email dated from Oct 06, 2023):
I tried since several weeks to order Flowcode V10, chip pack, ARD - Upgrade from v9 to v10 but got allays stuck within your order system.

Following message shows up:
"PayPal gateway has rejected request. You do not have permissions to make this API call (#10002: Authentication/Authorization Failed)."


I contacted you using the support page several days ago but no answer received.
Also no answer from alfie.dobson@matrixtsl.com .

Is the company still alive?

Hi Ulrich.
Sorry you are having issues with payments and have not been contacted.
Have you tried via Barclaycard ePDQ Payments?
The name is misleading as you can use any card.
If you are still having issues, I will get a colleague to contact you.

Sorry, there has been a delay in getting this sorted for you.
Alfie has been working out of the office, so Sarah from finance will be sending you an email to help you.
