I'm getting a connection error during the update process, how should I handle this?
Hello, I am a Flowcode 10 Professional user. I am encountering connection errors when trying to update my program. Could you please advise on how to handle this?

Hello, Select File > Global Settings... > Application tab
Have you got Enable ticked for Web access?

Check your "Web access" options in Global Settings. In most cases this should enabled and set to "Direct Access".
If there's still a problem, maybe a firewall or similar on your PC is preventing Flowcode from accessing the internet.

Thank you, but the problem still hasn't been resolved. I plan to reinstall the operating system in a few days and then try installing Flowcode 10 again.
