Sorry, we will investigate and try to have the system up and running soon, but it might need to wait until Monday. You should be able to download and use v10 in its standard mode for now without purchasing an addon.

Can you please tell me at what point the payment system is hanging? I have just checked and it all seems to be working from here. Is it the Barclay card payment gateway or our site where the issue occurs?
