Easy translate programm to any languages

At the moment language file stored in the .dll and does not allow everyone translate into their native language. If store language file in open view, example in text format, it may even help to extend the user community, and sales

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, localisation involves more than replacing text strings and so it is not so simple.
