Save project location

Post by steve001 »

Morning All,

Is it possible to be able to set flowcode to have a default location other than "Documents"

i.e if you have a mapped folder for V9 projects on a NAS server, this saves navigating your way to it through this pc .. z. etc etc.

I have mapped a folder as V9 projects so the process is easier

I know flow code remembers your recent projects, but if i forget to open my NAS drive first after its gone to hibernate flowcode removes the recants from the list. then i have to navigate through to the folder.
This could be a windows thing as this has been looked into previously.

How about creating a shortcut to your NAS in "Documents". That way, if you forget to wake up your NAS then you should be able to get there quickly from "Documents".

Morning,

Removed the redirect, as i never used it much anyway.

And put a shortcut in there to my projects, i have also pinned my project folder to the favourites too

Pressing he "browse" button flowcode remembers the folder even though the recant projects have been removed :D
