How about a fast STM board? With touchdisplay.
You could also make with this board a QSPI for the SD card.

Also here a board with an STM32H (STM32H750VB) and 4bit SD-card
STM series STM32H and 4Bit SD card would be practical
The Audio IC would also be nice to have later
PCM510xA 2.1 VRMS, 112/106/100 dB Audio Stereo DAC
