Good day, i am trying to activate the above version of flowcode, i have been using the matrix account name and password which i have been using for a few yrs now and this activates our product, but today i am getting the message "failed to connect". Has there been any issues with the licencing server today by any chance?

To activate Flowcode versions v6 to v8, you should refer to the instructions in this FAQ:

i tried both ways , the manual way says "this key does not match the user name provided", the matrix account way is giving me the error above "failed to connect" we have used this for years and all of a sudden it stopped working. As far as i am aware we have not cancelled the account. i have checked and it was last used 31.03.2025.

hi again, it appears to be working again, although i couldn't activate through the matrix account name i went on the website and the licence key had changed?

i can now activate it it manually
