MSVP140.DLL error with PcApp and Windows 11 Pro

Hello,

I check my PcApp with some Windows versions.
I installed the VB Runtime package to fix the MSVP140.DLL with Windows 7, Windows 7 Embedded and Windows 10.

This morning, I tried my Pc App with Windows 11 Pro. I installed the VB Runtime package but I have always the same error.
The MSVP140.DLL file is in System32 folder of Windows 11.

The Pc App start good when I use the exe file in the runtime folder. I don't understand why the Pc App run without error in the runtime folder and don't work from the scada file location.

EDIT: I just checked my Pc App with Windows 11, work fine with the last Runtime file.
