STM32 (F051K8) FLASH EEPROM component issue

Greetings,

I am currently working on a project where I need to use a small amount of EEPROM memory. But component FLASH EEPROM seems to be not working at all not even in simulation. Have anyone tried it with success? If yes maybe You could share a project file? Or have You successfully tried implementing a Custom CODE component?
