Hi,
The way I have arrived at the following page, which was initially loaded, is by:
1) Starting Flowcode;
2) Go to Licensing and press the Licensing button;
3) Go to Licensing and press the Manage button;
4) Go to Licensing and press the View button, and then press various licenses.
The error that appears is:
"Failed to load URL https://www.flowcode.co.uk/startpage/v1 ... 1-2-40&x=6
Error was Navigation taking too long (-1)."
Can someone from the Matrix TSL team have a look at it and investigate where this error comes from?
Regards,
Andreas

Re: Flowcode's interface redirects to a page which can't be opened
This is shown when Flowcode cannot download the normal welcome page from our website. I have checked and there does not appear to be a problem with the website. Perhaps something on your PC is preventing Flowcode from accessing the web.
Is it the same with the other web-based pages (e.g. Library updates, Licensing...Licensing, Wiki and Forums)?
Does pressing "Try again" fix the issue? How about restarting Flowcode?
If there is still a problem, you should check the logs of your firewall to see if Flowcode is being blocked.

Re: Flowcode's interface redirects to a page which can't be opened
Hi Steve,
Pressing "Try again" reloads the page fully, so it is working.
In my firewall, I don't have specific rules for blocking pages or services that are pointing to the UK.
Instead, I have banned incoming traffic from China, Iran, the Russian Federation, and a few more...
You might guess why... they want my router, and they are continuously testing it for loopholes (I live in Sweden)!

Andreas
