Hi,
I am a Professional license user, and I see the following in my account:
Question 1: Is it normal to see all the licensed modules grayed out in the FC10 version, after they have been licensed in FC9?
Next question. I have the following components licensed:
Question 2: Is it normal to see an exclamation ("!") sign on the right-side of some components, despite these parts being licensed already?
Question 3: What is the meaning of "!" symbol? As a suggestion, could you please add a "hoovering with mouse" comment in the next SW release? In the project I am currently working on, I am interested in Arduino Nano 328 115200, which has an "!" sign on the right side, which I don't know what it means.
Thank you,
Andreas

Re: I cannot see the licensed components in FC10 after upgrade from FC9
Hello.
1. If you have purchased chip packs for Flowcode 9, they won't be passed to Flowcode 10, therefore will be grey.
Is that correct for you?
2. Yes, as you have not purchased any chip packs for Flowcode v10
3. The red exclamation marks mean the same thing, you have not got a licence that will enable you to compile to the target.
Therefore you will only be able to use free targets, until chip packs are purchased.
See here for free target devices.

Re: I cannot see the licensed components in FC10 after upgrade from FC9
Hi Martin,
1) Yes, it is correct. I was assuming that all what I have purchased as chip pack in FC9 will be transferred to FC10, in terms of already-enabled packs.
2) This is even more clearer why everything is gray in FC10.
3) Now I am getting confused. Per my user, andeug, in the second screen, it appears that Arduino is an enabled chip pack in my Professional license. Do I need to repurchase again a new license for chip packs in FC10? I need to work with Arduino, and FC10 indicates through the "!" that I do not own the chip pack license. So I am wondering if this is a SW bug, or how things should work...

Regarding (3), the screen is showing that none of the available chip-packs are available (they are showing the "buy" icon, which means they are not part of the current licence).
There should be a discount of 40% for upgrading any v9 chip packs you already have to v10 when you buy via the Flowcode website.

Hi Steve,
Now I have purchased the Arduino chip pack with 40% discount, as you have earlier mentioned.
I was expecting FC10 to retain the licenses purchased earlier on FC9, which is why I was confused.
I thought it was a bug, but it isn't...
