Flowcode 9 Licensing and Account Name

Hello Matrix team, I bought the Flowcode 9 license (Order #1000004087 ) and completed the registration. The key was also accepted, but the message "Trial days remaining: 6" still appears when starting. I would also like to have my full name as a registered user, not my account name.

Maybe you can help me?

Hi Christina,

The trial remains active for the duration to avoid penalising users who have purchased a licence from completeing the trial and accessing all the free content.

Hopefully David can help you with the username request. I'll pass it on to him.

Hello Christina,

Unfortunately the "Registered" names are not used in the new Flowcode, once the trial expires it will revert to a unique id which represents your account.
