Hi
The original file that you posted does have Simulate Comms set to Yes. If you update components as per Martin's posts and in the BMP180 Properties you set Simulate Comms to No (caught me out before) then it should simulate.

You could also check the address within the properties are correct for your sensor by using the I2C address sniffer that's on the Wiki.
That will also show if the sensor is correctly wired up and working.
