Add controller support yourself

I need programming stm32f031c6, but flowcode support just 031k6, as well flowcode full not have support F1 series, stm32 have developer board on this F1 - like Blue pill F103
So, can i youself create some kind of config file to adding support needed me controller ?

Attached is an (unofficial) fcd file to get you started, just drop this into directory
C:\ProgramData\MatrixTSL\FlowcodeV10\FCD\ARM
and restart Flowcode
As for F1 series, these will likely require extensive work so I will leave Matrix to comment on that
