hello folks
will flowcode ever become AI driven.
??
good idea is to invest as FAST AS POSSIBLE.. into AI..
maybe a way to do this will be to have a connection to Elon Musk .. GROK3 .. AI.. computers.!!
this would help many people to automatically create flowcharts .. without having to know anything really about flowcode uses..
o believe this could also catapult your sales..
( you should go check out GROK3.. write / ask for programs .. anything like eg.. Arduino.. to connect to MCP4725.. and a LED display unit.)!
you will be shocked.. how the code listing .. flies out of GROK3..!!
thanks guys.!!
when will flow code be driven by AI

Re: when will flow code be driven by AI
Hi,
Why would anyone want AI to write their code for them, it is like buying a crossword and asking AI to fill it in for you.
I would think it would be a killer for sales in my opinion, I would not support it, I wonder how many others think the same.
I think AI is the slippery slope to being brain dead,I use programming to keep my brain active.
Regards,
Bob

Re: when will flow code be driven by AI
Hi
Totally agree with Bob.
There are many interesting articles regarding LLM's such as ChatGPT and the "emperor's new clothes". How many of those companies have still to turn a profit? Where are these huge datacentres that are needed and were promised?
Reality is far from the hype surrounding it.
Recently in the forum I was trying to figure out how to get the SIM76xx modules to work using "AT" commands. I went down many rabbit holes trying to find any example that actually worked. I used many search engines and even tried "AI". All "AI" did was to provide nothing but a glorified web search offering clearly plagerised code taken from sites I had already visited. Absolutely no use at all there then. The problem with LLM is that it isn't clever or thinking for itself and can only plagerise what has already been created and unless you are willing to spend an enormous amount of money will receive results at best a couple of years out of date. Ask a FCv10 problem get a v8 answer
You don't need to use FlowCode, you can ask your "AI" to just write you the "C" or the Hex. Good luck with that.....
I have no doubt that these things will improve but I do not for an instance feel threatened in any way.
Regards
