Activation Failed

Hi Guys

I just bought V9 and I'm having problems activating it i keep getting activation failed see screen shot below

I have deleted flowcode and reinstalled with on luck where do i go from here?

I've never seen this before. From an internet search, it looks like there's something going on with Windows and the UAC prompt. [edit: I've removed the link due to reports that it is dodgy].

There's a few suggestions there that might help, but I advise caution as I'm not familiar with that site.

You could try some other internet searching. Other suggestions I have is trying in Windows safe mode or temporarily disabling any anti-virus you have.

I had an issue with my PC got hacked when i tried the ugetfix.com (cost me a lot in crypto) but I seem to have the pc up and running well again my only issue now is that when i try to activate my account i get a message "Over number of attempts in activation" how can i get this reset.

Hi Brian, sorry to hear what you have gone though.
To me it sounds like your account has been compromised.
DavidA would be the best person to verify if that is the case or not?
I Believe the best step would be to fill out the contact form & explain what happened.

I beleive this is sorted now, the activations have been reduced back to zero. If you get it again, please let us know.

Hi Brian,
If it was me, I would defiantly change my user name and passwords on all the accounts I can.
Including this one.
At least you should be able to register now.
