this module can be programmed with flowcode 9?

This kit you can shop everywhere for a good price

Yes it's possible to program it.
But there is a complicated IC for the battery and power supply (ADX192) that makes life difficult for you
One way is to download M5 burner (it's free) and program the "standard" software and start the kit.
Then you program it with flowcode an try to control the ADX192.
If you can not control the power IC you need next day the again the M5 burner to start the kit!

Display wlan bluetooth should work.

touchscreen, mpu microphone not yet

There is a small cheep M5 kit what is much more easy and has a ESP32 and working with FC9
